Job description

As an Account Manager, you will be directly responsible for:

  • operating as the leading point of contact for agency clients

  • delivering excellent client service, building client’s satisfaction and loyalty

  • creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, mainly for digital channels

  • managing digital marketing projects and delivering them successfully on time and with proper quality

  • supervising ongoing project works and budgets

  • preparing offers and presentations, supporting New Business Team

  • suggesting recommendations regarding ongoing processes


Job requirements

You will be a perfect fit if you have:

  • at 3-6 years of professional experience gained in marketing/digital agencies in client service teams

  • knowledge and experience in executing digital marketing projects

  • practical knowledge and skills in digital marketing

  • excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • ability to discover clients’ needs and to build long-term relationships

  • professional approach towards clients and colleagues

  • great attention to details and focus on delivering high quality products and services within agreed timeframe

  • familiarity with employer branding field will be an asset

  • fluency in English and Polish is a must
